What internet speed do I need
We recommend that you have a minimum of 50 Mbps going straight to and through your device (not your whole home) in order to have the best experience.
Do you offer Adult Channels
No we do not offer Adult content. We are a family friendly service.

How often should I clear the cache
We recommend doing this once a week. But if you are experiencing difficulties, or your device is older, you may need to do it more often.
Should I buy a VPN
We have a premier VPN built right inside the application. There is no need for an additional VPN.
Can I make a request
This is something that we hope to have available in the future but currently is not.
Can I get a Channel line-up
Sorry we offer over 8500 chanels and are constantly adding more. We do not offer a channel line-up but it's pretty safe to say whatever channel you may want, we have it.
Is it really that much harder to broadcast locals
Though we try our best to bring you stable locals and regionals, the processes we have to go through is much more indepth. Basically a two step procedure becomes an eight step one. Making it more likely to have a few hiccups along the way.
