  • Settings

    Go to settings and press on it.

  • My Fire TV

    Scroll down and select My Fire TV.

  • Developer Options

    Highlight and press on Developer Options. Then look for TVBox and toggle it on.

  • Settings

    After go to the TVBox app and select settings.

  • App

    Highlight and press on APP.

  • Check

    Press on CHECK UPDATE.

  • Install update

    Select YES and then install the update.

    Press on applications.

  • Installed Apps

    Scroll down to Manage Installed Applications and press on it.

  • Select Apps

    Individually select the applications.

  • Clear Cache

    Press on Force Stop then scroll down and press on Clear Cache.

  • Continue Process

    Select the next application and repeat the steps.

    Go to your device settings and press on it.

    Press on About.

  • Check for Updates

    Scroll down and press on Check for Updates. Install any that are due.

  • Restart

    Next press the back button on your remote once and scroll down to Restart.

  • Confirmation

    Finally confirm that you would indeed like to restart your device.

What internet speed do I need

We recommend that you have a minimum of 50 Mbps going straight to and through your device (not your whole home) in order to have the best experience.

Do you offer Adult Channels

No we do not offer Adult content. We are a family friendly service.

Do you have a referral program

Yes we do! Please contact your sales agent for more information

How often should I clear the cache

We recommend doing this once a week. But if you are experiencing difficulties, or your device is older, you may need to do it more often.

Should I buy a VPN

We have a premier VPN built right inside the application. There is no need for an additional VPN.

Can I make a request

This is something that we hope to have available in the future but currently is not.

Can I get a Channel line-up

Sorry we offer over 8500 chanels and are constantly adding more. We do not offer a channel line-up but it's pretty safe to say whatever channel you may want, we have it.

Is it really that much harder to broadcast locals

Though we try our best to bring you stable locals and regionals, the processes we have to go through is much more indepth. Basically a two step procedure becomes an eight step one. Making it more likely to have a few hiccups along the way.

  • Settings

    Go to your device settings.

  • Applications

    Next select Applications.

  • Installed Apps

    Scroll down and choose Managed Installed Applications.

  • Select

    Highlight and press on the app you want to delete.

  • Force Stop

    Press on Force Stop in case the app is running.

  • Clear Cache

    Scroll down and click on Clear Cache.

  • Clear Data

    Next press on clear data. You will want to do this a few times.

  • Uninstall

    Finally, press on uninstall.

  • Confirmation

    Lastly, confirm that you want to uninstall the application.
